Thanks for posting these comments. Im Going to clear the shelves right now! I missed out last week because i went to buy loads on new years day but it was back up to £4.25, so i left it.

local store now scanned at £2.14 but shelf still £3

I checked on this in my local Co-op on Thursday and the label said these jars were on offer at £3.00 until 1 January.

I looked again today and there's a new label saying they are on offer for £2.14 until 12 January.

So give or take 2p, it seems like this is a genuine national deal.

Went in to buy it today after seeing the offer- shelf says on offer for £3 so took it to till to see if it scans at the £2.12 price and it doesn't

Might have to pop again and try...... It'll be closed though tomorrow I expect though. I'll update this thread if I get the chance to go.

I've found at least on a couple of occasions that the in-store pos info has not been changed to reflect a current offer/promotion. So, unless you had the product scanned at the till, I would not go on what a member of staff said. I saw a large edge of shelf promo ticket for this earlier. Didn't take a photo as I wasn't the deal poster but it was definitely £2.12 and the shelf was empty as in sold out!

Don't get your hopes up, just popped to the nearest co-op and this was £4.29 but on offer at £3 the woman who worked there said it's never been £2 :disappointed:

I can send my son to get 10 jars using his NUS card. That will be £1.91 a jar....never cheaper.

Looks to be just this variety. Just popped into largest local store (there's three within a stone throw of one another!) but shelf space was empty. Offer runs until 12th January 2016 according to the shelf price ticket.

Good price. Also worth keeping an eye on the refill pouches (150g) as I've picked one up before for £3, I believe it was. Bearing in mind it's 1.5 times the quantity of one jar, it was certainly cheap at the time in comparison to the regular price of these jars.
