We didn't consume our Maple, Date, Cranberry etc., pudding at Christmas ... and, of course, the Best Before date ends this month. CAN we freeze it and use it at a later date? For example, this coming Christmas? What would you do? And, please don't say, EAT IT .... we're dieting. Sob.
