(Ensure you use code TOPPET to get the quote)
Take out extra or premier cover before 1-3-16 and get £40 worth of points which can be used for £160 of food at some outlets or double up on the next boost.
The extra cover isn't that much more than the basic cover so worth paying the bit extra to get the £40 points.
I just took out a cat policy for £86 so all in all its free more or less especially if i spend the points at restaurants on 4X !!!!!

With John Lewis via topcashback.co.uk for Premier 12K a year cover you get £18.00 plus 10% off for online quote.
Tesco put the prices up every year for pet insurance as your pet gets older. You end up cancelling because your pets in perfect health - then has a SERIOUS illness. And you have to take out more or less a mortgage to pay the bills. Absolutely disgraceful Tesco Pet Insurance

You can use Topcashback to get £20.20 cashback and is permitted with the TOPPET code. You can also eventually payout the cashback to clubcard points. So 6,020 points plus the usual TCB 5% bonus brings that to around 6.321 points total, Worth £126.42 in the next boost event, or up to £252.84 in some other Clubcard rewards. Well worth the £40 annual quote I just got.
Clubcard points aren't added instantly, and won't be on the next statement due in the next 1-3 weeks.

Don't touch them , I paid for years and the first problem I claimed for they covered the medication for 1 year only and then bumped my premium up to £66 a month. LISTEN TO THIS NOW!!!!!》》》 If your pet is not old, set up a bank account and put in £25 a month and forget about it. Likely, by the time you get problems you will have enough money (and more ) . Think how much will be in in there if you don't have anything major until 10 years or so and think how much you might have paid in to get not a lot back...? Up to you...
sandrabear to magpiecleaningco
5 Jan 16#60
I have had many cats and the majority of them are quite alright till they get old, so have to agree with you. Got one coming up to 25 years old, he didn't have any significant problems until aged 21 when he become quite arthritic and could no longer climb trees, he has one canine missing and now I only let him outside under supervision otherwise he will climb over the fence into neighbours gardens and can't make it back.
He is a good cat and will take glucosamine and cod liver oil if I **** the capsules and squeeze them into his mouth and is bathed every 7-10 days, I hold him steady and he flaps his back legs and he likes to be blow dried and brushed nicely after. I am fortunate he is so willing, vet said to put him to sleep nearly 10 years ago. His hearing is good, sight is excellent, he is alert, appetite is good, I hand feed him sometimes with meat and fish and he has cat milk every day to keep him nourished and hydrated when he doesn't want biscuits and water.
For my other cats, when they strain of sprain themselves I use a handheld battery massager, small hot water bottle and bandages. For cuts and bites I clean the wound with TCP or witch hazel and dress using a dressing pad and bandage and trim the fur if necessary to prevent infection of slightly deeper wounds. Also buster collars can be used to prevent your cat licking the wound an chewing it.

Welcome to the world of insurance. it's a double edged sword. you get it to give you peace if mind and cover unexpectedly high bills. but at end of day there in business to make money and if there not making money out if you they'll bump your premiums up. if you don't claim they'll keep them the same unless you threaten to cancel them they well may reduce them abd put them back up when you claim! !!!

£471.40 a year for premier cover or £339.43 for extra cover for 3 neutered cats, all moggies not pedigree ages 11, 2 and 1 years old but when I remove my old puss cover goes down to £244.72 or £178.29. When purchasing your policy via Quidco, cashback will not apply in conjunction with any other promotions.
