Only Amazon could claim that not having free delivery until you qualify for it (i.e. no paupers on OUR site please only those who spend at least £20 are customers we deem worthy of not charging postage to) is a "programme".
Could the OP state the delivery costs involved on this item - which will be incurred for most - as the majority on here don't waste £79 a year on a bung to Amazon. Also most people would prefer not to be dictated to how much they will be spending on a site in any one order.

I got one of these as an amazon lightning deal before christmas and it's ok considering the price I paid. Plastic is a bit flimsy but mine didn't fall apart! I would buy it again especially at this price, you get what you pay for at the end of the day.

Just one persons opinion thou, and if it's not what you think or it does break, return it post free to Amazon for a refund. At £2.72 what have you got to lose, It may surprise you.

amazon never give a 12 month guarantee as after 30 days they tell you to contact manufacturer.

They have never done that with me and have always accepted full responsibility for the products they sell directly. They usually provide a full refund, and ask you to return the goods post free, you just need to go onto live chat to sort it.
