Get to checkout and it says "we don't have this product" - helpful!

If you have already chosen your cnc store, why does it even let you add it to your basket? Absolutely ridiculous - as the email states that I have sent them lol

Even more annoying, if you dont have a b&q account (i dont want one) you have to re-enter your details for each store. B&q - you suck lol

Says it's in stock at my local store, put all my details in and it then says it's not in stock? Stupid company...!

If you go to product page you can select stocked in store and check via post code, rather than re entering each time.
Although none anywhere near me.

No stock, they cancelled my order for same item and price in December, since then I've been bombarded by special offer emails. Its a fix!

Agreed website is rubbish. I reserved one for click & collect, after several calls to see if it had actually arrived, no joy but they went & picked one from the shop floor! So may be worth a look instore, you might be lucky!

i ordered this when it was last posted a few weeks back, click and collect and then i get a call saying its oos and that they never had it...and then refunded me my money.

I ordered when last posted and I paid delivery. They called said out of stock and refunded me. Last week I ordered again 2 for click and collect and picked them up. Guess they saved me a 5ver as I only paid delivery as it wasn't letting me click and collect.

Don't waste your time folks . It's out of stock everywhere. Last time we ordered this, no one got it

I would be careful with this, I ordered it weeks ago, I went to collect instore to find it wasn't there, I waited a week on them contacting me, I had to then phone them for them for tell me that I wasn't getting it even though I had been charged. Was a big hassle and took ages to get the money back! Be cateful guys as I won't be ordering from b and q again!

I had to ring them to find out if my order was in. They denied any order despite showing the C**** my print out.
Will talk to Customer Services tomorrow.
