can't really blame the retailer... if anyone is to blame, then surely the manufacturer of the products, no?
Try avoid budget brands if at all possible... I buy products of higher quality brands, which is not that much more expensive, but quality difference is significant and so far never had an issue

That does make perfect sense. All shops deserve to go under. Primarily due to one isolated incident, portrayed by the party at loss - using a one sided argument. There's no way that said party could be stretching the truth, so as to get like minded people to buy into it. I say shut all stores, online is the future - I foresee no issues; nor price hikes through monopolising the means that consumers can purchase their unnecessary goods. All with money they've not got. F the £20 voucher, it's comparable to dictatorship what Currys are doing. Grrrrr, damn retailers selling stuff for profit.

In the end, I didn't use this deal, but went with flubit. By the time I got round to it, Currys was either out of stock or prices went back up. Flubit gave instant 9% off Amazon prices which were competitive.

App sends verification code by SMS to o2 phone number.

Can you explain a bit further, please? I used to be with O2, but am not currently. I might have an old O2 PAYG sim somewhere, but what do I need to do to get the deal?

Is there anyway to use it on their pay online and collect in store on their website?
Otherwise, there is a level of running around - trying to find stock at a specific instore location.

Totally agree, it's all to do with the Manufacturer of the products.
At the end of the day Currys are only a reseller, and **** all to do with the quality or durability of any product.

im just going from my personal experience, i used to use them alot. Had a few issues with them saying something is in stock, drive 25 miles to be told they hadn't had it in stock for months but took the payment, and wouldn't refund the money and had to wait 3 weeks before they got another in. I'm going from my experience with them and when i happened to walk into a room and watchdog was on it always had them on there, is all im saying. They ripped off many people with their know how insurance etc. here s a few videos https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=watchdog+currys
I dont say these things to add weight to an argument, all i am saying is that I used this company a fair few times, freezers, Tvs etc as soon as you have a genuine fault and need to have it rectified they basically close the door in your face. by all means save the £20 but that £20 is nothing when you have a shoddy product that can cause fires etc

Planning to combine with either Currys Staff discount, or company discount benefits, like McDonald's/Network Rail etc where you can get prepaid Curry's vouchers with 8% off. Effectively, possible to achieve a total of 15.36% off.

I used to buy a lot from curry's. Then the day came when I had to return something due to manufacture fault. They wouldn't even entertain the fact. I had bought it 2 days before my daughters birthday. Gave it to her put it on charge. Charged then turned on. Screen cracked from the charge. I know it's a manufacturers fault as lots online say it cracks near the volume button. They wouldn't refund, replace or fix this and just basically gave my daughter a big screw you sign. They've become a joke. Just watch watchdog they're on it every other week
They did replace mine 2 years back no question asked

This is why shops deserve to go under. If you bought the item on-line you'd have 14 days to return, without it even being faulty.

do you think you could use this offer with an existing offers? im after a camera and it has cash back but will i be able to get cash back and this £20?

Cash back is by manufacturer, and the £20 discount is from Currys, So I don't see any reason you can't use both...

These offers arent as good as they used to be.
It used to be for example:
£25 off £250 spend
£50 off £500 spend
£75 off £750 spend etc... (usually 10% off)
So im neutral on this one - its better than nothing i suppose but used to be better.

Less than 10% off, you need to spend minimum of £250 & only available to those on o2...Not the greatest deal but guess it's a little bit off the inflated prices of currys pcworld!

And everytime I've looked on the o2 app it's been there so nothing really new to see and as you say, inflated prices, so nothing to get exited about.

You'd find the HP to be quicker, because of the SSD. Also has better battery life. I wouldn't worry about the 920M, because it won't offer a significant performance increase over the integrated stuff, plus it'll offer worse battery life and just extra heat to get rid of.
