20g of raw olive oil (doesn't have to be extra virgin) a day is the way forward for heart health, according to Trust Me I'm a Doctor. I take it in Tomato Juice and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. :man:

Sounds good, but for cooking I use rapeseed/canola
