Hi, I have a bluboo touch on order from gearbest and was wondering whether to swap for this.
Does anyone know if this can take 2 sim cards and a microsd?

Yes seems can use both micro SIMs and MicroSD card together, according to this Youtube unboxing:
I have a Speed 7 - build quality is fine - plastic mostly but doesnt creak and it feels good in the hand. The camera is reasonable, certainly not amazing but adequate, auto-focus is pretty snappy and quality usually fine, I dont think the sensor is great in low-light but I suspect that is probably the same for many smartphone optics bar the market-leaders.
Performance is very good - I never suffer lag, and with 3gb ram I run all the programs I want without the os having to kill of anything.
The Rom is pretty much AOSP and they issue rom updates (nothing major so far) regularly, Im interested (hoping) to know if it will get Marshmallow, no official comment on that as far as I know.

Stay clear of the mtk processors and go for Qualcomm snapdragon if you want working GPS from a China phone v pleased with my xiaomi redmi 2 pro (3rd biggest manufacturer in the world)
My words to the wise are buy from a European warehouse to avoid import duties and make sure that you have the global Rom that comes with play store installed and watch out for bloat ware!

I bought my xiaomi redmi 2 pro from bang good EU warehouse in Italy but could not post it as not a hukd recommended site great phone weekly updates to the miui tailored OS global Rom.
And GPS works flawlessly due to the snapdragon processor and free from play store Here navigation app. Have a look at the specs 4.7 inch screen so not a brick decent if not very recent processor decent ram and dragontail glass and the camera is pretty good too I paid 130 quid for mine about 9 months ago and have been very pleased with it.

Oh p.s no bloat ware and dual sim and UK 3g frequencies no 4g but I was not fussed as 3g is Tom Tit in my neck of the woods and 4g is a dream.
I cannot state this enough spend a few nights doing your research before buying a chinaphone it will pay dividends!

All I can say is from my previous phone a Cubot s208 with MTK 6582 processor GPS was nigh on impossible to achieve despite trying every calibration method under the sun in the UK so I sumise that MTK must have upped there game with your 6592 my xiaomi redmi 2 with qualcom snapdragon processor has worked flawlessly with GPS. Each to there own.

Just bounced mine down the carpeted hallway and got a nice crack across the screen. :disappointed: But think the film protector I fitted has prevented worse screen cracking than might otherwise have occured just a few cracks direct across the screen. The back case of the phone is quite slippery

I have the Zopo Speed 7 and its been a great phone so far. The camera quality is probably the biggest weak point but otherwise its great. We ran Antutu benchmarks on this and other phones around the office and performance vs price this was miles ahead of the other big brand phones being used.

Lovely price for a good spec but I am voting cold as a Zopo ZP999 owner. Why simply because ZOPO does not care about their phones even for flagship one. They stopped developing Android for former flagship ZP999 and abandoned it on Android version 4.1.2. Moreover they "broke" the perfectly working GPS in one of the version of OS update and never bothered to fix it.
Shame as it was great phone but worth nothing with broken GPS and software support.
With regards to the broken GPS, can you not root the device and reflash the previous version?

If I was synical I would think companies do this deliberately. Built-in obsolescence. You will buy another mobile. Does not matter if from the same company. Today you will buy from their competitor, next time you buy from these guys again when the competitor's gadget gets flakey. The constant release of hot-new-must-have all-dancing-and-flashing feature ensures sales and profits, and another thing that can go flaky. Wash and repeat.
My cupboards full of abandoned electronics is testament to this. Mostly Chinese, but there is Apple and Samsung stuff in there too.

I owned 2 Zopo C2 phones a while ago. Thought they were great purchases at the time but had so many little niggles and support for them was very poor. Hardly any updates but there were numerous various ROMS available on NeedROM etc. Eventually sold them after about 6 months.

No, spec only mentions GFF (Glass Film Film structure). Tempered glass screen protectors can be had cheaply from Amazon or eBay (if it helps).

It has been rooted, re-flashed, conductive tape fitted, antenna ends raised etc. either not resolving the issue or resolves it temporarily.

12 Dec 15#45
You said it was working fine before a software update broke it, ergo flashing the prior version will fix it, making hardware/physical changes is illogical.
