I don't understand why are people willing to pay so much for candles like these. They are made with paraffin wax, which releases toxic compounds (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/8211543.stm).
Switch to better alternatives like honeywax or soywax candles.

Doesn't look like there's much to worry about if it's for occasional use.

But she added people should still take "sensible precautions" such as ventilating rooms when burning candles."

I ummed and aahed for about 90 minutes about whether to buy a Christmas Eve. Can't believe it was still in stock when I eventually decided! I love Christmas but not feeling in the least but festive this year, will save this to burn when my Christmas spirit comes back
