No you have to add the bauble and the votive boxes ... one for every large jar ... the tote bag pops up when you reach £60 and you can then add it on

The votives are garbage, large Village candles are better, 2 wicks, even burning, more fragrance, slowly phasing out my Yankees, gone so down hill recently, I still have a few from a few years ago, when they were good, totally different.
