I've never had a problem with orders from Gearbest. I just received the Xiaomi Piston 3's and delivery took a month but they are verified as genuine, sound great and amazingly cheap.
Good deal, I did check the prices, was tempted but didn't buy as I can't justify it. These went on sale just after I'd got my Piston 3's. What makes matters worse is I'm not a fan of the 3's sound, just not good enough compared to my soundmagic e30's.
I seem to just buy at the wrong time , same thing happened with the Miband I get the old version and then the new one arrives. Wasn't too bad though, I just flogged it on ebay and ordered the new one.

They look like a very decent set with great build quality and where else could you get dual drivers for anything like this money? Xaiomi make top notch gear. I guess people are voting cold because of gearbest, though for me they always deliver genuine products reliably. A week ago these same earphones went pretty hot from banggood at £3 more expensive.

i don't understand why it is so cold. They are great piece of engineering especially for that price. other earbuds which are using that technology starts from 100 quid. I ordered mine week ago for the same money. GearBest sucks tho

Been using mine for a week and I think they are great... I'm not a sound engineer, but I think the sound quality is outstanding. The build quality is fantastic. I had to put the large size buds in to keep them sturdy... guess the Chinese have smaller lug'oles than us western devils.
You will be very, very, very .. .. .. very hard pushed to find headphone as good as these at this price... I'd say it impossible.

Ordered.
I've only tried the Piston 3s, but they were possibly the best earphones I've used under £100. The only others that came close were a pair of Phonaks which were £80 and the only pair that were clearly better were Shure SE530s, which at the time were well over £200. It's phenomenal how much value there is to be had here.
Please don't think that these are even remotely comparable to the vast majority of cheap earphones you can buy. It staggers me that you can buy hybrid dual-driver earphones for just over a tenner.

Is gearbest the best place to get these from? I haven't used them before & have seen mixed reports. I like this style of earphone for comfort with the angle, Sony used to have this design. How are they sounding? I don't like my sound too bright like some sennheisers I've had and usually prefer the sony (i have a nice pair ex500) but am after a pair with remote for the phone on the move.

Having ordered several items from Gearbest I've had no problems. Good communication with photographic proof of posting, but unexpedited delivery does take about a month. If these hybrids are anything like the Piston 3's (which has been reported) they won't be overly bright or bassy, quite a neutral balanced sound, which is good.

I ordered on the 7th Jan, then shipped out on the 8th so hopefully mine should be any day now. Hoping for a nice sound, i`ve got several pairs of Sony in ear, with 2 that look similar to these in design. Funnily enough one pair came bundled with a £300 Sony Walkman X mp3 player & are very disappointing with decent bass but average mids and not a nice top end, just not detailed. I see there has been sennheiser cx 300mk2 going for £8 but i used to find them a little too bright and not as nice a fit as others. The burn in period definitely makes a difference, not sure it brings more top end in to play though from personal experience. Does improve sound though for definite

Oh thats a shame. I felt the original ones did not sound as good. The soundstage sounded better for me using the new tips. It had less bass but a more balanced sound. I guess everyone has their own taste in the way they like the sound to be. 4 Feb 16#81
Yep brilliant burn in, and they sound lovely, everything I want in earphones! Personally I much prefer the bassy sound which was part of the reason I ordered these (V-shaped sound signature) but of course, to each his own!
From what I've read, burning in is both physical and psychological as your ears adjust to the sound - just use them normally for a couple of days and see how it goes! also rememebr to turn off any EQ settings you may have had, since they are generally unique to each set.

Had my first listen with them last night on an android mobile & also high end mp3 walkman. Very impressed so far, cable is like a ribbon cloth material then becomes rubber for the last 15cm or so for the earpieces. Is the remote an answer button for taking calls on the cable? 10 Feb 16#90
I have a Smart Ultra 6, the (what looks like) 3 buttons will only toggle between play and pause and if the phone rings pressing the what seems to actually be 1 button answers the call and further pressing whilst in the call mutes/un mutes the microphone.

The best phones I've ever owned. They blow my Soundmagic E10's away and easily out-power my Piston 3's. I think they do benefit from a touch of added treble but the power and tightness of the bass and fullness of sound is incredibly impressive. And build quality is superb.
