Arrived today and perfect - never had an issue with them - Simply tops :smiley:

gone back up to £36 quid

Disc quickly dispatched - never had any issues thankfully

Simply managed to mess up my order, cofirming they are sending me an Xbox One, special edition copy instead of PS4. Luckily I just got the PS4 special edition on my lunch-break in GAME. I wont be rushing to use this company again, wish me luck on their return process.

Went back to my phone and it still let me order at 11:25- Result :smiley:

it was in the 'order details', I cancelled it under an hour after making the order though

Just had the exact same issue while trying to cancel with GAME. So frustrating. Will still be returning it as I (luckily) ordered it from simplygames before it went OOS.

Can't be better than AC 2! (storywise at least)

Excellent price. GAME's customer service team are a bunch of uneducated morons and it's VERY rare I'll order something from that atrocious company.

I rang them up and got through after 15 minutes turns out they can't cancel the order anyway "it's greyed out" is what I was told and that it's "preparing for fulfillment". This an order I made an hour ago. Make up your own conclusions. Suffice to say GAME have a stigma attached to them for a reason.

Game are sneaky I remember a few years ago they used to have a cancel order button for every order you make as long as it wasn't processing or despatched.

They did away with that to lock you into your order, only way is to phone them direct with your order number now which most people can't be arsed to do.

I don't think I've ever paid more than £10 for an AC game, but this is tempting. From the gameplay I've seen, it seems they really nailed Victorian London which is hugely appealing to me. Decisions...
