The games are physical copies or digital downloads?

It doesn't come with kinnect...but as you've noticed...it ain't working right now. Out of stock again?

Taking ages for delivery, paid in full 7/12 today after one week I don't have shipping number or order update. Tried to contact them, no answer...very bad experience till now. I hope to get it on time for Christmas...
