On Xbox One, Xbox Live Gold members can download Killer Instinct: Season 1 Ultra Edition (£31.99 ERP) for free during the month of January. Zheros will be available as a free download from January 16th to February 15th.
On Xbox 360, starting Friday, 01 January, DiRT Showdown (£11.99 ERP) will be free for Xbox Live Gold members through January 15th. Then on January 16th, Xbox Live Gold Members can download Deus Ex: Human Revolution (£11.99 ERP) for free through January 31st.

Just found out
For Killer Instinct, you can download the Classic Game & the Combo Breaker Add On (£15.99) For free, BUT you have to do it from the XBox One itself.
The classic game shows as Bundle Only on the Xbox website, and the combo breaker add on still priced as £15.99
SO search Killer Instinct on the Xbox One and look for the add ons, enjoy!

Yea I got Gold in August. Dont have much time to play and most games I dont like, but enjoyed MGS and The Walking Dead so far. Imagine its paid for itself really I paid under £20 for 12 months of gold. Thief and Tomb Raider not really worth playing IMO.

So what I do is just get them from the xbox one website, they are then waiting in my ready to install queue

Whilst you lose the X1 games if your sub expires, it's nothing really like Sony's rental service. A rental service is paying for a specific service - rental, whereas Gold, just like PSN allows you to play all games online amongst other things. It's not centered around a single service. Unsubscribe to Sony's rental service, you don't lose the ability to play online, just not able to play rented games.

Yes both PS4 and Xbox one rely on subscription to keep the games and to be able to play against others online.
Only Xbox 360 allows you to keep the games if you stop subscribing.

and that is why I don't play FPS games online anymore because of you and people like you. Gears is shallow anyway. The only gun that is used in that game is the Gnasher. It's pointless having any other loadout. People love to exploit FPS games online and that's what annoys me about them.

Good timing by MS it will give the newbies time to get up to speed as Killer Instinct season 3 is currently targeting a March, 2016 release date which is when Killer Instinct is also released on PC and It will support cross-play between the two platforms.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution's sequel, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is due for release in summer 2016.

Good excuse to have another go at this - its semi open world so when you are in a location you can wander around etc but you cannot return once you leave meaning make sure you do any side missions before you go - you do return to some locations later in the game but the missions change.

Showdown is a great spin off from the Dirt series, really enjoyed it. Deus Ex is really good too, great game to have in the collection.
Two good games to give away, shame I own them both on Steam but will add them to my account nonetheless.
I believe the newer version is the Directors Cut, doesn't look like that is the one being given away.
