The Console looks like a generic Euro model. Hopefully I'll just need to change the language in the game and all will be well!

My Console and Halo were shipped seperately. I've just received the Version Francais of Halo 5, hoping for better luck with the console.

Nah it'll be fine. As someone else has mentioned, it may rule out trading them in at Game / CES or whatever as the code will likely be different, but the media itself is essentially the same! :-)

Hi Steve. Cheers for your reply to the voucher question.
In answer to this question, I believe that *all* European versions of any XBox one games will essentially be the same (with the possible exception of the packaging). Generally speaking most European versions of any game on any platform contain the full set of European localisations (which is why it used to sometimes take an age for a game released in the US to make it over here).
Cheers.

just had email saying mines is dispatched to be delivered 5th dec, also got a code for 10 euro's off my next spend.
can't understand how the 500g console with ori and replay has went hotter than this, even forgetting the better games we get the fact this is a 1tb console makes this a better deal imo

I think as long as it's easily accessible for payment from / delivery to the UK then it's fine - no different than ordering off any other site then really?
In some respects the Amazon Fr and De deals are slightly less accessible as the sites aren't in English, and the prices are in Euros (which is what put me off trying them before). Simply enough once you've done it, but the China deals I remember were from DX - which has an English website and prices in different currencies, so essentially (other than delivery times) it's really no different than ordering from a UK online site.
Local deals not in UK would clearly not count.
Just on this deal - worth noting that the Xbox One Power cable is the same as the Xbox 360 (I believe), so if you already have a 360, just use that cable and save yourself a couple of quid.

Is it OK to post deals from other countries? If so I'm sure we could scour the world for bargains?

maybe VAT diferent in france from UK. When you buy abroad, you pay without VAT plus VAT in your country. If france 20%, in UK 19%, you'll pay 1% less.

I'm not sure if I'm doing this right but I can't get it to come up at £253.88?
€358.99 + €8.92 = €367.91 = £258.34?
Then 2.95% visa charge?

Thank you all for the helpful advice! Danny - that link to the Fallout 4 only deal is exactly what I'm after. Was gutted when the ShopTo one went OOS on Ebay for £279.99 I think it was as I had a 10% off voucher I could have used - this works out way cheaper anyway.
So final Q is - any suggestions on a good, virtual pre-pay Mastercard etc that I can set up online and use immediately? Otherwise I'm getting stung for 2.75% + £1.25 in fees with my Visa card....
Cheers all again for your help!

Started with the Tomb raider bundle cancelled it for the Fallout 4 bundle now cancelled that too and went for this bundle. Lets see what comes up next!
Ordered this yesterday but with tomb raider bundle cancelled and got this instead also you can get it without halo 5 for €319 which should work out around £25 cheaper than this deal

Contrary to what the title says, that's apparently not an "official one" according to reviews. It is, a fiver though and you can get them cheaper. It's just a regular "kettle" plug.
GAME won't take those games as they'll have different barcodes and french covers (games are still in full english) but you can still sell them easily on ebay

Is there a decent guide on buying from European Amazon sites (can you use your normal Amazon account, is there a way to get the site in English etc) & the best Euro currency card to use (with instant setup & access online) etc on HUKD?
I've been waiting for a decent 1Tb + Fallout deal, and this looks to be it (even though I'm not fussed about Halo / would rather Forza or Fifa). Not bought from anything other than Amazon UK before though.
Also any idea what the delivery times are if buying this? Thanks!

Use Google Translate if french isn't your thing but the website is exactly the same as the uk one. (https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=auto&tl=en&u=amazon.fr)

Any idea if we can trade in the games when we are finished with them or do they have a different european barcode that won't scan at Game/CeX? Also, do I just need to buy a uk kettle style lead and swap it with the one that comes with the console or will I need some kind of an adaptor?
Thanks in advance!

Just ordered. Delivery came back as 7th December. Weird as it only allowed for 2 day delivery so should be sooner. Total cost in Euros was 362.61. I think its helpful to post the euro price as well as the Sterling, which is subject to variation with exchange rates and your method of payment.
