Hi guys, all of you who have a had the refund issue - the same thing happened to me. I went to my local store with my paypal receipt printed, and told them that I purchased the item online and had been charged for the item. As the stock was unavailable when I went to pick up, as an act of good will the manager offered me any other game at the same price, or two £10 gift cards as well as a full refund on the purchase. I took the vouchers and asked him to reserve a PS4 headset in another store. So was a good result in the end. I've basically received £20 in FREE vouchers. Whether I pick up the headset is completely up to me. Not saying the same will happen for you, but thought I would share, maybe someone else could benefit in this way as well.

Tried to order from eBay but page crashed like others, except I paid via CC and can see the money pending on account. Hopefully will be refunded, but if not will get it sorted.

Put my order through on Argos ebay for an Xbox One copy but got an error on the ebay side and while Paypal went through its now been refunded.

Also apparently out of stock everywhere... So sounds like a pricing cock up I guess.

My Ebay purchase failed twice with an error message right at the end despite there being stock in the stores on there (but not on the Argos website)

Just checked Paypal and both appeared to go through but both were refunded almost straight away. Out and about later so will try in stores and report back if I have any luck!

Just collected instore in Pontypool. Had to go to the til with reservation believe there a number still in stock in the store.

I checked online and it said out of stock in all 3 local stores. Went in to the first one and they had it in stock and sold it for £15.99.

Might be worth getting down to a store even if it says OOS. HTH someone

The automatic refund happened to me when I used my mobile initially. Tried it on PC and it went through fine.

I was checking the argos site and not eBay :confused: tried card & PayPal but it keeps saying my request couldn't be processed at this time

on paypal it says argos outlet reversed then completed? the reversed status was before the completed one though? :neutral_face:

Same as a few others, mine crashed on the eBay confirmation screen, but the money went out of Paypal.

EDIT: Checked PayPal and it was refunded straight away.

It says my order was done and the money was took from my paypal but everything i click on relating to the order comes up as an error and its not showing up in my purchase history?? can someone help??

How can they not honour this price? The purchase has already been done, you just go in and collect it once ordered. I've got the order number already for mine..
