FOR PEOPLE EXPERIENCING REGION PROBLEMS
#TIP 1
For people have region conflict problem displaying the following message
"Please try again in a while. We’re doing some maintenance." from Chrome & or error if you try to go through the store.
Go toyour my profile "https://account.microsoft.com/profile#/" and select "Go to your Xbox profile"
Then add your name and accept the Terms & Conditions.
This should fix the problem.
#TIP 3
WillieGophar sent in this information how he overcome the region issues
=====================================
I ended up having to do the following:
1. Uninstall Groove
2. Restart Windows 10
3. Use the Windows Store app rather than the web page to get at my purchases
4. 'Download' was now greyed out with a link above it saying 'you need to update your music app to download'
5. Clicked said link, which then re-installed Groove
6. Opened Groove, in which I could now see my Microsoft Account listed to sign in with
7. Switched back to the Windows Store app and clicked the now enabled 'Download' button
8. Finally saw my purchased albums being downloaded into Groove

Great price but a horrific buying process, I had the same location issues. Not good at all Microsoft, first time I have ever had issues buying music. This experience would put me of buying anything from Microsoft store again.

I have tried the following scenarios without any issue.
Purchased with Windows 10, Chrome - downloaded / played in Microsoft Groove
Also tested on Windows 7, Chrome and Internet Explorer 10
Finally tested on OSX & Safari
All working with only a message at the top of the screen about the region, and I clicked on the hyperlink to fix it.

I don't have windows 10, it made me log into Groove with my Microsoft ID, and once signed in I clicked download, then it said it will take a few minutes and put it in two folders, then it did nothing for ages. This was in Chrome, I tried in IE and that kept saying error and that I needed the Groove app compatible with windows 10. Maybe you could try a different browser?

Okay this solved it for me.
If you don't have a Xbox Account, it seems to be defaulting your location to the US even if your local region in Microsoft and on your PC is the UK.
In order to fix this, go to xbox.com when it comes up with the region invalid message. Create an xbox account, which will have a default region of US. Migrate it to a UK account and then you can go and buy the albums.
Oh and you don't need an Xbox to do this - I don't have one either.

Are you using a VPN of some description? Some torrent downloader/streaming software installs it as part of their installation. The VPN makes it appear you are accessing the service from a different country which of course would **** it up.
