You did not just compare the Wii U to that garbage. Better off getting PSTV and hacking it, sure it costs more than £30 but it'll live on for years and with games for a lifetime.

I would of thought the Wii U's value would of dropped by now is almost the price of PS4's and Xbox One's

Note "EURO unit supplied with UK adapter if required"
Also note "Please allow 14 days for delivery" - potentially cutting it fine for Xmas.
Finally a decent price for the premium unit though. Hawt.
How is this a good alternative to the wii u or even a wii? It's cheap and nasty tat, I would not want to be around someone if they expected a wii u and got one of those. But at this point a wii u should be around £150 if not cheaper, not much more and you could get a Xbox one or ps4

Lexi Book is great alternative for you if you can't afford this deal. Got some classic games on it.

You'd think the ps4 and Xone would be cheaper than the Wii U seeing as they barely have any exclusives, Nintendo ones at that... unfortunately the price of products is usually based a bill of materials, manufacturing costs and a few other things like profits. Check out the Lexi Book though... good if you're on a budget.

There was no need for an arsey comment like grow up. I don't game on console i was merely saying id of thought it would of come down in price by now and tbh there isn't much of interest on any of the consoles.

It wasn't arsey, it was meant to be informational with a little illuminative counter point thrown in... if you want to see arsey comments, look at the amount of Wii U deals with the same 'Wii U should cost X amount' comments in (close your eyes and click on one at random).

If you've only got £30 in your pocket, it's the better option rather than begging to Nintendo endlessly.

If you only have £30 in your pocket then you shouldn't be wasting it on luxuries anyway. Perhaps a financial kick up the **** would be better.

Cold, these things should be about £130, we've got one, after the novelty wears off, left with a collection of 6 decent games.
Buy a 2nd hand wii, get a HDD, Google the rest and you'll have a cheap console for a few years.

this shouldn't cost more than £120. get a second hand one with firmware on 5.3.2 and you can go all captain Blackbeard or jack sparrow on it

I take it the North Pole has stopped making presents for kids now and they have got all eco and are now recycling old toys.

I got Amazon UK to price match Amazon Italy last night for the Wii u bundle (Mario kart 8 & Splatoon)
£203 delivered.
I had a £20 gift card from my employer for working through my last break,a £10 Amazon voucher from Quidco and a £6 voucher from Topcashback.
Bought a £30 gift card from Amazon a few days ago and got a free £7 Amazon code.
So £160 for mine.
it pays to ask a supervisor on Amazon chat.

Drew a complete blank with them tonight. "Don't do price matching". Did it require a lot of hard bargaining?

yes,I read somewhere on hukd that Amazon uk had price matched Amazon France at £206 but I seen it cheaper at Amazon Italy at £203.
but Italy does not deliver the Wii us to the UK for some reason unlike France.
I asked after being told no several times that the UK site doesn't price match to speak to a supervisor.
he matched Italy for me,shame it wasn't the week before as it was around £163 for the same package.
