Thinking l paid £184 for this bundle 2013, and l thought, going to regret it.seems a bargain now.

Photoshop special. Not sure what staff member wrote those £199.99 labels but their handwriting is like a photocopier. Also the sticker position too.
And why pile it in front of a load of Xbone controller stock?

If you think those labels are identical then you really need to go to Specsavers.

You have to remember that Nintendo have been very canny with the hardware specs on their kit. Certainly with the original Wii, they were making money on the consoles from day one, whereas Sony and MS were losing a packet.
I'd hoped we'd see a £150 package hit the stores given the price cuts on the PS4 and the Xbone.

Why not? We've seen £89 and £110 in the past.

There will be a better Wii u deal. We've had sub £200 xbones and ps4 so I'm confident of this deal being nearer £150 come boxing day/Jan sales. Just takes one retailer getting rid of stock to force a rush.

Why would one retailer getting rid of stick force a rush... They will just sell out and some people might make a bit of a saving. Don't think you'll see it for £150 though!

The last time that happened it was retailer specific and there was no rush from others to follow

I know what you mean, got a list of Wii and Wii u games I'd like to play. just haven't bothered with Nintendo last 2 console generations as the multi-plats haven't been great compared to other consoles.

Complete non deal. This was a random tweet, which was deleted from Twitter. I've seen deals removed for less.

I was really hoping we'd see a £99 Wii U this Xmas :/ Heated OP as in the current crop of deals it's a good one.

I'd be surprised if it hit £99 at all, let alone if it dies/when it retires. Nintendo don't make millions of copies of things like Sony/Microsoft so when it does retire there won't be much left to put on sale...

Why expire it? Just say which store it's in - it's still a deal to those who can get one!

A fellow member said he saw this tweet earlier today, but the store was never confirmed unfortunately.
Probably a mistake as I cant find the tweet myself.
Sorry

I think you're right. Nintendo have obviously been managing the stock that stores have much better. As a result shops haven't been clearing out over stocks, and Nintendo clearly aren't prepared to give the console away.

Excellent deal, I have all 3 major next gen consoles (ohhhhh get me) and the Wii U is the most played. I agree with getting Smash Bros. Mario Kart, Splatoon and Smash Bros are my favourite games of the year.
