Excellent quality TV wall mount with tilt adjust. Delivered quickly (took just a couple of days for me). Comes complete with masonry bolts in the box too.
I have a different Von Haus bracket at home and have fitted similar Von Haus models for work. I cannot complain about the design or quality of the products - I find them easy to install and robust. I also installed Von Haus wall mounted shelves and installed the TV bracket a few inches above so the cables are obscured most of the time by the TV.
Plenty of these available on eBay and such for similar price.

Any tips on cosmetically hiding the wires (mains, hdmi etc) other than chasing into the wall?

Something like this, note this is the first link I clicked on so there may be better cheaper alternatives out there, a quick Google should throw some up.
For best results, you'll want to chase into the wall.

The arms have multiple holes on the upper part and elongated holes on the lower part to allow maximum compatibility and as they come as a pair the horizontal distances won't be an issue either.
