I haven't seen this on HUKD but if you book a night on either a Friday or Sunday night at village hotels, you can get it for as little as £20.16 with PROMO CODE NY16 I would have posted earlier but I needed to make sure I could book a room first.
I hope somebody takes advantage, we could all get together and have a party.
It excludes the 14/02/2015

You have to put the code in on the main page when you start your search.
Heat added, stayed at the Farnborough one for a £99 dinner & stay package, would recommend it for a cheap chill out.

So do you need the physical voucher when you check in? Thats what the T&Cs say, I don't wanna book somewhere miles away and end up having to pay the full price!
Edit - T&Cs doesn't specifically mention this voucher code so could well be something different? "Book a Friday or Sunday night for just £20.16 in January & February 2016. Valid on stays between 01/01/2016 – 29/02/2016 excluding 14th February 2016. Subject to availability. Based on 2 people sharing a standard double or twin room on a room only basis. Breakfast is not included. Cannot be used in conjunction with another offer. Voucher must be presented on check in otherwise the daily rate will be charged. Only originals accepted. This voucher can only be used once. Full pre payment required, non transferable and child and upgrade supplements apply. "

The information about the promo code came from a Christmas Party. Tell them you went to a work Xmas party, at say the Village Newcastle, seen the booklet with the voucher in but have since lost it, but remember the promo code of NY16. I've no voucher and I'm going, like the chap from the mask "somebody stop me"

so an update guys, I've been transferred to 4 different departments but finally spoke to someone in reservations. She left a note on my booking to advise I do not need to bring in any vouchers. Also because there was an issue with the email being received to my gmail she's manually sent me the emails as well.
I'm gonna ring the hotel i'll be at directly in a bit to see if they can see the note as well.

Enquired about using 'NY16' with the hotel and got the following response,
Hi there, apologies for the delay in response - this was due the festive period. The promotional code NY16 was provided on a voucher from an offer booklet which was exclusive to party night attendees. The original voucher from the offer booklet must be presented when checking in, otherwise you will be charged the full room price on the day. Please do not use the voucher code unless you have the original voucher. Our January sale goes live at 12pm today, so please keep an eye on our Facebook wall for a fantastic rooms deal!

I was about to book a hotel yesterday, but have just read the T&Cs on the Village website, which clearly state:
Stay for £20.16 in 2016 voucher booklet:
Book a Friday or Sunday night for just £20.16 in January & February 2016. Valid on stays between 01/01/2016 – 29/02/2016 excluding 14th February 2016. Subject to availability. Voucher must be presented on check in otherwise the daily rate will be charged. Only originals accepted. This voucher can only be used once. Full pre payment required, non transferable and child and upgrade supplements apply.
I believe some people are going to be in for a nasty shock when they turn up, finding that they're required to pay circa £80 vice £20! Despite whats been said above, I think i'll give it a swerve, unless anyone knows of a supply of Village voucher booklets?
Also, just a quick heads up for anyone that is saft enough to book without a voucher booklet - 6% available through topcashback.

Try explaining the situation to your credit card or debut card company and they might side with you if you just want your money back. Tell them you are not authorising the hotel to charge you over the price you agreed to pay and that's what the hotel is planning to do rather than refund your money.
