As long as you had it for less than a couple of weeks and if you have rarely played it you can get a refund on steam for basically any game. However, if you're caught abusing it they will ban you from using it.

Then that's something I suppose. Just wish Valve would get back to doing a bit of work rather than constantly re-selling the same games packaged as the same games featuring the same games in a package of the same games.

Does it contain Half Life : Source? Probably not. As usual Valve giving you 3/4 of a deal and hoping their doe-eyed customers don't notice.

It does have Half-Life : Source I got it around last Christmas time for £10 on GMG. It's a steal

Personally I would pass and try to pick this up in the Steam Winter sales. They are always part of the sale, and I am almost certain it was cheaper than this at the last summer, so can expect it again in a couple of weeks
