JC3 is £39.99 on The Humble Store, granted it's likely to drop lower before the coupons expiration on 5th Feb, but I'd be highly surprised if it competes with the likes of CDKeys at £19.

Because they rarely put final fantasy games on sale (probably because they make too much money from them).
When they do sales or bundles, like the holiday bundles on the SE store, the games seem to be primarily from the Eidos / Western side of Square Enix
