If it's bluetooth then yes. This is compatible with Bluetooth heartrate monitors.

This is a stripped back GPS running watch. Fitbit Surge also has GPS but is more advanced with more metrics and sensors for measuring your health and activity.
Surge is also much more expensive.
EDIT: If that's confusing. Think of it like this - do you want something to throw on when going for a run, or do you want something to wear all the time to measure your activity?

Yes, I've got one and you can set it up to sync automatically to Strava, Runkeeper etc.

The Garmin heart rate strap is Ant+, not Bluetooth Smart. So it won't work with the TomTom.

If you want the Multi Sport one which also does swimming and cycling & comes with a HR Monitor and bike cadence / speed monitor then use the same code on this (works out at £89 delivered + £5 voucher if collect from store).
I would get the runner 2 which will also do other sports.
