If you like tactical games then you will love it, I have played this for many hours. I paid £45 and I don't regret it!

The biggest problem with this game is poor matchmaking. Graphic, gameplay and animation are all brilliant. But team up with 4 strangers and play against well-communicated enemies is no fun, you get destroyed pretty much instant. A good matchmaking system must take into account pre-mate, like League of Legend and CS: GO. Ubisoft had a very bad reputation for supporting games after launch, Future Solder does not even have a matchmaking system for coop. I just don't get it why so many ppl are saying this game is good, flashy graphic and beautiful animation makes good marketing. But if the network issue is not sorted, it is just a glorified tech demo.

There is NO campaign story mode, this is an ONLINE ONLY disappointing game. They should have never named it Rainbowsix, so misleading.

I personally really enjoyed the open & closed beta...Haven’t made the jump to get this yet as I have a stupid back log of games to play.

This game seems to be a bit like marmite…you love it or hate it!

Thing is tho how long is the life span on this title? Yes its great having free DLC from the developer and not having to get shed out more money for a season pass. But before I shed out my money I do ask myself and think umm will I be playing this next year?

Or is it just a filler before the next online shooter comes out? Yeah it’s got a large community of people playing it…but just wait till the next big title drops and boom people will start to fade away.

I'll bet you the price of the game that you're wrong about this. There isn't a shooter quite like this out there, I think it will have a dedicated following for quite some time. The free DLC certainly won't hurt its chances either.

I was sceptical about the game but picked it up last week for £30 and have to say I do like it but the downside for me is when you are playing in a team and they try to run and gun like cod as this doesn't work and just gets the team killed so tactics are a must so if you get in a game with people using tactics rather than just running in then it's very enjoyable experience.

Played the beta and then brought the full game at £45 and can't stop playing it. If you like a more tactic based game that's not COD then buy this game and at the price above it's a bargain. To be honest would of payed £50 for it as it's that good.

and it is the most fun game I have played online. As long as you aren't expecting a normal rainbow 6 or single player game, and you like online tactical team play, then this is awesome. Have played it 3 weeks solid, first game in years I can't stop wanting to play.

Man the price of this game has plummeted. Shame they didn't include a single player campaign mode or I would have bought it.

Poor sales indicate a game isn't well received, which generally means it is "bad". A decent single player would have meant I would buy this, no single player, means I won't.
A whole load of players are being left behind by the developers, they may realise it in time. But maybe not in time to save their particular software house.
Some players don't want to play online!

It's selling poorly because it's had hardly any advertisement, lacks a campaign and isn't noob friendly.

I've played the game at several different stages and it's progressively got better. This game is all about teamwork and that's a rarity with more shooters nowadays

What you are saying, is that people can't play an online game as a team and I say, duh, no **** sherlock. I stopped playing online games as the type of people you meet are generally/ brain dead/abusive/stupid/teenagers/stupid teenagers/scum.
I wish you every luck with your "run out and die" type of game, including the new star wars game, that promised so much.
Or, do the rare thing and get a decent group of friends and play a game properly. Then you are in the minority.

PC version plays very well. Not sure what all the moaning/complaining is about.

An innovative twist on the FPS genre and recommended. If you're not a team player, you won't appreciate this as tactical depth and cooperation go hand in hand.

so tempted to buy this watched quite a few streams and most of the online bugs have now been patched (mainly with regards to matchmaking). Only thing holding me back is i am a lone wolf type player ie wouldn't use voice chat which seems so vital in this game. Seriously tho if you can get a squad together this game seems amazing. Plus with the addition of a new map a month (for FREE) its a no brainier imo.

Got this reply finally tonight, looks like the orders will be dispatched in the next day or so.
Unfortunately, we had a bit of a disaster over the holidays with our water supply at our Dublin warehouse which blocked access and delayed us taking delivery of all of our Rainbow Six stock and also shipping orders that could not be rerouted to our warehouse in Belfast.

As it stands, your order is safe, we have shrinkwrapped stock arriving each day - tomorrow and Thursday afternoon in two shipments. We expect to have all orders out by Friday and normal warehouse operations by Saturday,
