This is a deal for a code to download a digital copy of Titanfall for the X Box One and all of the games map packs. Titanfall was quite popular upon its release in March 2014, I still play it semi-regularly with friends; its quite enjoyable and well worth £5.76 in my opinion. I consider this to be a good deal since this is the cheapest price I've ever seen anywhere for this game.
£5.76 for a digital copy of Titanfall and all its dlc is ridiculously cheap, if you ever wanted to play Titanfall I recommend you check this deal out.

I nearly bought from that company, they my well be legit, but there is no way they should need photo ID. I backed out straight away. Anyway, Get EA Access, I have seen it on Ebay for £12.99/12 months, you get this free + others.

EA access is cool too, and good value if you get a good deal for a whole year. Why buy a game to keep when you can rent it for a year. I personally prefer buying my games rather than renting since I prefer to own what I pay for.

You can't use their own personal feedback rating as indication of anything. This is a rating system run through their own site, do you really think it's legitimate?
They are receiving on average under four ratings per day, lets be generous and round that up to ten. That means they have been open 38 years. Do you think it's more realistic that they have been in business forty years or that the huge majority of the feedback is fake?
A shady company that is willing to manipulate feedback is likely to use shills here on HotUKdeals to promote themselves. The Internet Archive Wayback Machine only records them in the business of selling licenses since 2012, nothing as far back as 2009 when you say you were buying stuff from them. You joined hukd on the 25/11/15, your two first and only posts were about xbox-live.com
So all that said I ask everyone else here, would you trust your information with xbox-live.com?

I rang BarclayCard fraud protection and they said do NOT send it, my payment had already cleared second level verification, they physically had my money! giving them you name, address, credit card number and then arming them with additional information such as DOB and Passport/Driving licence number is basically supplying them with a complete identity theft kit!

This was confirmed by Xbox-Live.com they are putting through a refund (allegedly).

Up to you if you supplied that type of information but I 100% definitely would not. I know you're saying you have used them before and they are not dodgy, but it doesn't change the fact a complete identity theft kit is sitting on a server somewhere! What if they were hacked? What if they only fraud the odd person so that people don't link the two? Spooked me enough to never use them again!

Do NOT trust this vendor they took payment (verified by card issuer) then claimed as a "fraud protection" they needed a copy of photo ID otherwise I would not receive my order. Obviously I did not as there is no legitimate reason to need this especially as payment taken.
I have reported them to my credit card provider fraud dept.
Stay clear!

Hello mate, I get where you're coming from about about the fraud protection thing but the website is quite reputable and certainly not dodgy; I've used them myself in the past and if they would have asked me for photo verification to link my card to me I'd have done it no problem as I have with one other company in the past.
All you do is take a photo of your passport or drivers license and cover everything up except for your name, (which is the same name on the card you made your payment with); so your not actually giving them any more information than they already have after you've made payment, it's just so that they can link the name on your card to you. I had to do this during a transaction with an e bay seller once, and once he explained why I happily obliged; it is a safe procedure.
After reading through some of the feedback on the website (of which there is 141 thousand), I can see other people have done the photo verification thing with no problems. While I get why your spooked, the fraud protection thing is increasingly common and the site has been safe for me since I 1st used them in 2009, and certainly never fraudulent.
