I agree with Jasejames. This is just a repackaged webcam with a very low res sensor. I would expect image tearing and a whole manner of artefacts and lighting issues. If you want something to plonk by the bird feeder, great! Please don't waste time and money taking this on a ski trip or any other fast moving sport. This is NOT an 'action' cam.

These things are all about the chipset and sensor specification.
There is a version of these cameras with a Sunplus/GeneralPlus chipset and VGA sensor which interpolates to '720p' by cropping to 640x360 and doubling up the pixels. These are available for around ~£15 on eBay and AliExpress, and really I wouldn't recommend them. Most likely these are the same, given the MJPEG encoding and general specification.
The SoC does support 720p so it's possible that this has a better sensor, but I wouldn't bet my house on it.
