Is Attila anything to do with the Rome 2 game? I always thought this was an expansion to Rome 2 but I think that's wrong now.

There have been many games in the Total War series - Attila is the latest one. They do tend to make a lot of expansions/DLC for each game but they would be set in the same time and place as the base game. So, anything to do with? Yes, it's in the same series. But it's not an expansion; it's a whole new game, so presumably slightly improved game engine as well as different setting.
