Standard edition
£21.25 columbia
£36.84 UK
Shared Via The HUKD App For Android.
I manage to get the game with my normal Natwest bank card and using VYPR VPN set to Columbia, other users have had better success with a Revolut card than there normal bank card but if you have purchase international products before you shouldn't have an issue.
You can get £5 free on a revolut card a quick search of this site could help.
If the VYPR VPN does not work for you see
I used VPN Unlimited set to Panama and it did the trick.
This has also worked for those VYPR VPN hasn't worked for.
It may take a little time to work around but its worth it to say your saving nearly £70 off of last months price in the UK.
If the game doesn't show automatically if you download list find the game on the UK market clicked Manage and install.
The game is in English its the same game as if bought in the UK.
If you buy from Columbia with either your normal bank card or revolut its best to make sure you have £1 o £2 more to cover verification fee (Around 50P which is refunded by your bank) and any exchange fees in between to avoid a declined transaction.
See you all online :D

No it isn't.
Tax on this game would be 20%.
20% of £44 isn't £34, is it.
Microsoft are aware of consumers purchasing from other regions and are fine with it. That's why their console is region free.
I could buy the game from America as a hard copy and have it shipped to the UK. At what point would I be paying UK tax then?

hi rexy you can use revolut, but i personally use my normal natwest bank card when buying from columbia it woukdbe same process with your revolut card.
I registered as a free user for VyprVPN downloaded the software and connected to columbia server.
Navigate over to xbox.com and find the game ill post direct link for you in a minute, change region to columbia
Click the green button what in english would say purchase navigate and fill the billing information google translate may come in handy for this bit.
continue and pay it looks like alot of money in columbia peso but its only around £34.50 depending on your banks exchange rate.
I would post a more details guide but im on my phone im sure a quick google would find any answers to anything i have listed in the process.

Game will match the region setting of your home console, everything will be in English.
I've put a fair few hours on it, I'd give it a 7/10 mainly for the visuals, sounds, use of SW artifacts and easy learning curve. The '3' is lost through lack of depth across the board.
For me, I'm happy with the pick up and play nature of the game, but it will disappoint those looking for something to take over your life.

15 Dec 15#33
Yeah, I know. But the fact that if they caught you means they would add tax suggest that this would be the law. So your claim that this would be exempt from tax is wrong.
These deals always leave me a little uncomfortable, I'm not entirely sure of the legality of international downloads and so I avoid them. I'd rather hold on and wait for a better price on the UK store.
Not voted either way btw.
stuarthanley
15 Dec 15#34
That's rich coming from you.
Every store does it. I could have purchased games on Black Friday for £20 cheaper than I did from the same store on day of release 2 weeks before. It's called "a sale".
You could go on to every single deal on HUKD and claim the same thing.
It just seems that you are here to troll by not contributing anything towards the actual deal.

15 Dec 152#36
My claim still stands. If I purchase a physical copy of a game from USA, Asia etc for £20 less than the UK and I end up paying a customs charge, that charge would still mean the game cost less than I'd have paid in the UK.
If EA/Activision/Microsoft can produce a game and sell it for £35 in Colombia and still make a profit (which is exactly what they are doing) then the creators of the game are not losing any money if we buy from that region.
Apart from VAT, the only reason games are more expensive in this country is because the distributors think it's ok to rip off UK buyers who don't know any better.

15 Dec 15#37

To be fair I think we are ripped off in general for digital releases but purchasing internationally certainly helps. There's no excuse to have a game that can be downloaded digitally for £54 when on launch you could perhaps get the physical disc from a supermarket for £40-45 when they have to print the media, package it, distribute it and retail and everyone in the chain makes a comfortable a profit. People used to blame piracy for damaging the software industry but really its "Trade In's" which could change hands many many times per copy and the developers only get one royalty from the initial purchase. Price the digital release more reasonably and more people would buy them, more profit for them and the consumer's happy.

Have never purchased through another countries online store before but your guides were fantastic.
I used VPN Unlimited and connected to Panama. The price was 229,900 Columbian currency. However as I moved through the purchase stages it then showed up as $172,425.00.
Being a bit worried I used the Revolt app. Uploaded £42 (got £5 free via code MSE) as XE.com was showing a conversion rate of £46.38
However I was pleasantly suprised. The first 'check fee' of £0.37 processed. Then a secondary fee of £35.15. So in total the game cost a mere £35.52 - a massive saving!
Thank you again and will be using this method again!

If you buy from Columbia with either your normal bank card or revolut its best to make sure you have £1 o £2 more to cover verification fee (Around 50P which is refunded by your bank) and any exchange fees in between to avoid a declined transaction.

These deals always leave me a little uncomfortable, I'm not entirely sure of the legality of international downloads and so I avoid them. I'd rather hold on and wait for a better price on the UK store.
Not voted either way btw.
Enjoy the deal or move along, simple.
Is there anything I need to do to get it to go down?

Your link refers to UK businesses supplying to outside of the UK and not businesses outside of the UK supplying to the UK.
Has anyone actually done this successfully yet then?
Bargain of the year!!!
Zombie army trilogy - UK £40 (I paid £18)
Battlefront - UK £54 (I paid £33)
Elder Scrolls Ultimate - UK £90 (I paid £37)
Forza 6 - UK £50 (I paid £31)
etc
The £5 free still works!
I keep getting the following 'Usa una forma de pago distinta
No pudimos obtener la autorización para esto. Intenta con una forma de pago nueva o distinta. Si tienes más preguntas, consulta con tu institución bancaria. '
Can anyone please advise/help!!?

-- Is this correct and still going to charge at approx £46?
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
