Nice but it's a shame the Chaos Ring series isn't on there. Don't fancy paying £14.99 for the latest Chaos Ring III although it's probably worth it.

Well, the Amazon tablets use their own app store so don't use the Play store? Presuming that you haven't loaded the Play store onto your device, have you even looked them up in the Amazon app store to see if they are on sale there as well?
...had to figure out that second one on its own. The URL was a pain... so many commas and full stops! Typical Squeenix though...

FF games are still over priced for what they are.

Couldn't agree more, no other android game could get away with that kind of pricing, even the half price cost seems dear for an android/mobile games. I like the Final Fantasy series but like most big brands I think it receives way more praise than it actually deserves while better rpgs (yes, they exist) go totally unnoticed.
Aside from that, none of these games are made to be played with a touch screen. I have a 60HZ SNES with Everdrive and run all these classic RPGs and more through that. Still looks wonderful on RGB Scart though admittedly you have to be REALLY into your RPGs to go to that much trouble/expense!

I got mine (I have Everdrive for SNES, MD and PC Engine) from eBay. Not really sure where else does them. I originally got the SNES Everdrive with the SNES for £80, which I was pleased with as they can normally cost that alone, managed to get the guy down from £100 by buying directly through Paypal, though you do have to be careful doing that.
Likewise, I got my Megadrive and PC Engine ones with the actual console and in both cases saved a lot by doing so. It is a bit of a waiting game though as they aren't that common and often when they do come up they are expensive so you can be waiting quite a while to get a bargain.
Next I'm looking for the NES and the N64 one, with the consoles though the N64 one typically go for £150-£200 with a system, and the NES ones are commonly £100 plus on their own! which is way too much, especially this time of the year.....

I'd recommend looking into SD2SNES for SNES, it's the superior option these days. The firmware is constantly updated to allow more and more compatibility and features. One of the most amazing features is FMV and high quality audio support for SNES games, YouTube 'SNES MSU1' for examples.
In terms of emulation, the xBRZ scaler (available in certain emulators such as snes9x) can produce some absolutely stunning graphical results with SNES games.

Pretty sure their last half price sale also ended about 2 weeks ago and that one included Dragon Quest as well.
