OK this is likely a dead thread but I just realised (yeah I know two months late) that I never actually recieved the codes for this bundle, was I the only one? I checked my account page and saw nothing there, just 'preorder'.

Final Fantasy XIII - looking for the catch on this now feeling rather cynical surprisingly.

I bought the 3 bundles before this and was happy with the contents, this one - not so much! I already have Thief (Master Thief Edition) from last years Christmas bundle, and I already have Life Is Strange ep 1, from the Easter Bundle. I'm not a Final Fantasy fan, so there is very little in this box for me. I was really hoping for the remaining episodes for Life Is Strange, or at the very least the second one.
For £5, you can't grumble so I won't be getting a refund...I'll just give away most of the games to friends and spread some Christmas cheer :smiley:

I had sworn to myself I was never ever going to buy this again since what they gave us back on Easter. Well, here is karma punishing me for buying it in the end.

I've been getting this error for fricking ages, and I don't mean like few hours but a few months, I tried to buy it the last time they had a similar offer, and the time before and got the same error, I emailed SE multiple times about the error but no reply.

Heated, good deal but not sure if it's for me as I already own a lot of the Square games and I know the ones I want like FF7 won't be in there anyway.....

Thing is there are so many great steam bundles out there at any one time these days (Indie Gala, Humble, Bundlestars etc) that this bundle just isn't quite as competitive as it has been in previous years, so I'm very much on the fence, but for someone new to steam or with few Square games in their library I'd say it's a must...

I own most of their games I want on last gen console but since I bought a 980 Ti for my PC rather than get the latest PS/Xbox doorstop I'm now hoping to replay some of 2013 games maxed out. I read T&Cs and looks like you have the right to cancel and refund within 24 hours of it being available so it's a no risk £4.99 for 5 potentially bargain titles!

Tricky decision for me as I own a lot of Enix games, including Tomb Raider, Hitman, Deus Ex and Thief.

I like how when you click 'more information' it scrolls you down the page to a series of empty text boxes. They haven't even put system requirements up; guess they didn't want everyone figuring out one of the games straight away like last year.

Deus Ex: HR and Hitman: Absolution seem like pretty likley picks with upcoming sequels for both. Just Cause 2 and Tomb Raider make sense too but were both in the 2013 bundle so no doubt they'd be setting themselves up for a few angry customers putting them in again. I imagine there'll be a discount voucher of some sort for FF7 as well (seems super unlikely they'd put the game itself in given how rare sales seem to be). Probably not worth it for me with how many of their games I already have but there's always that little voice saying "Life is Strange might be in there" :smirk:
