Think it's a good price with the amiibo and especially this Splatoon amiibo is the one with the fun challenges and awesome gear.

So tempting to buy this. Someone please give me a reason not to buy this.

You'll be £33.72 poorer if you purchase this.

supply and demand 101, if no one buys, it will get cheaper!

Because you can get the game without the amiibo for about £10 less. Because you could get Xenoblade Chronicle X for about the same price instead. Because you're a Wii U owner who somehow doesn't already own this game. Because you don't want to find you're a squid now, you're a kid now....?

No reason I can give. It's 100% awsome fun

That is actually a very good reason, with a strong argument and a valid conclusion.
I'm probably still going to buy it.

I already have Splatoon, which is why I'm so reluctant to by the set again just for the amiibo. I'd probably sell the copy of the game it comes with, though.
Edit: Hey that might be a deal - can't see it posted. £10.99, but I'm not posting it so feel free if anyone wants to.

That's the standard retail price for Squid amiibo.

Yes, I know which is why I wouldn't post it. However I've seen Amiibos posted for far above retail price including this one. I wouldn't call it a hot deal, but a few people might.

Gold Mario amiibo was posted as a deal for £16 but it's understandable still, it seemed overpriced regardless that it's "rare" and people are willing to pay £50 for a £10 toy.

I fully agree, to me a good deal would, at very least, have to be below RRP. Not everyone sees it that way though going on some of the comments that pop up on hardto find items.

Out of the Splatoon amiibos - Squid's amiibo is the best out of the bunch. It's loads of fun to play the challenges with the abilities of the Squid and in the end once all done it unlocks a Gear, Gun and Mini-Game.
As in terms of sale value.. £5 at CeX or sell it on eBay. Long are the days CeX paid £14 for an amiibo (Gold Mario is the only one which is worth something still, they pay £19 for it).
