I don't know how the downloads work, it may just use geo-location and pull it from the nearest source so you will still get the PAL version and not NTSC

O ive done a little research and it seems, the XBOX ONE is region free as far as 360 games go, so you can download the US version and you will get the UNCUT version..
so the choice is £2.78 for cheap PAL or £5.81 for US UNCUT!.. im getting the uncut version.
