You enter the code after you proceed to the checkout, so you need to log in first...

Click through to checkout and then apply the code, just worked for me, cheers OP - Nearly ordered full price from Amazon for opening the PS4 Christmas morning (I might just pretend I have one controller and make everybody just watch)
