You cab definitely get bigger, or more features, but in terms of quality this is the best deal I've seen all week. It's worth checking reviews etc of course on anything before you buy.

Cold. Not an 90 million inch with a free detached house in a leafy suburb.
Sony is better for gaming due to less input lag and far less motion blur and the pre-installed settings of game mode + ps4 = picture perfect
*** Must enable deep colour and FULL RGB in PS4 display settings.

Thank you for your reply! Which one would you recommend if I was to keep one for say 5 years? I only use it for casual gaming (I have a gaming monitor 1MS response time) and would also like the tv for usage on Youtube/Netflix, my old 40" Bush 1080P just doesn't do enough for me, it's time for an upgrade.
Obviously the 4K has a 48" screen which is a pretty big advantage but is £120 dearer but I would pay for that if it means I keep it for longer, thanks.

This is a very good TV. Nice picture. Negatives are Sony doesn't have the full range of on-demand services. Also there is no way to wall mount with the industry standard brackets, unless you use the supplied stand upside down, or spend £80 on a flimsy Sony adapter. Either way it will stick out a long way from the wall. Had I realised all this I would have gone for Samsung.

Ours wall mounted just fine using a usual mount. Just screws in the back, dead simple.

Got this TV in 32 inch and it's a beauty. What is underrated in my opinion is that it can play loads of different types of files. I load up a couple of memory sticks with stuff I want to watch, plug them in and there's rarely a time when it won't play different mkv avi or mp4 files.

The code I used was BFW20. I didn't need to be a member, the site classed me as a guest member when I ordered.

Doesn't work for me either (on the Sony).
How does the promotional 5 year warranty work? The options to add 3/5 year warranties are still there in the basket, plus when going through to checkout there's no mention of it being included.

Nice find op, trying to get John Lewis to price match, I know they won't do the extra £20 but will be happy with £349 at JL due to the good customer service but heat added.
John Lewis will price match at £349 just for anyone who is interested, just use the price match form to get a ref number. Thanks op

I bought the 40 inch last week from the co-op with the £30 off code. TV’s okay but picture nothing special .Viewing at an angle is hopeless and I have the picture modes ,contrast, back light etc at max to get a reasonable picture. I have two older Sony Panel TV's in my house and the pictures from those are far superior.

Does anyone know how the warranty works i.e. do we need to register and provide proof of sale?
This doesn't run Android, therefore it won't have Android TV issues.

I bought the 32" version of this but returned it because the sound was so bad, no bass or mid at all. But maybe the speakers were defective. The image seemed good at first but then some channels flickered black along the top of the screen. Furthermore the smart features were not very good so would have preferred the non-smart version as this one takes too long to boot up before you can use the remote. Also the remote is cheap and nasty you would expect from an Aldi own brand TV rather than a Sony.

Arrived today, quite impressed. Like the unexpected sat' tuner, dislike the remote.
