If you are fortunate to have the car to transport it and the space to store it your local animal feed merchants will sell you a full size 25kg bale for no more than £7. These are intended for horses/similar so the quality is often better too - more shavings & less dust.

They have had these in store for a few months at this price. Would buy (just to mix in the compost heap) but too heavy! Thought delivery would be iro £10 so may buy some for home delivery.
