From the complete disappointment of Tony Hawk 5 I started to investigate what was considered the best alternative from existing games. Many suggested the Skate series and having previously been £14.99 when I looked I held off getting this.
But now it's confirmed as the next batch of backwards compatible Xbox one games and is only £5.24 with Xbox live I've picked it up. Might help some fellow disappointed Tony hawk gamers out there!
Anyone know what date this will be coming to Xbox one?

CEX selling the disk version for £15 at the minute, can't think why...
Have to say though, I loved THPS 1 and 2, went off it a bit with Underground and didn't bother with anything later. Tried Skate and just couldn't get into the mechanics, prefer using the face buttons and being able to pull ridiculous 720 grab tricks. Tempted to grab this though to try it again.

So gutted this isn't going to come to ps4 :disappointed: hopefully after the abomination of THPS5 (which was shovel ware as the license was about to expire) we'll see a Skate 4 or at least a half decent THPS by a good dev.
