Ours arrived after Christmas and we let it air for 4 days. Put it in the bed and too small! Our bed 4'6" double but mattress only 4' wide. Spoke on Amazon live chat who let us order correct size at same discount and arranged refund & collection of other mattress. So all good!

amazon will pick up unfolded mattress. They picked mine up last year for the same reasons as yours.

No, because as far as I can tell it only mentions that it's suitable for divans or bedsteads...

I bought the single version of this mattress 2 weeks ago. Excellent product. Fantastic price.

I bought this last week and it's terrible. Very hot, and soft - after a couple of nights it felt like it sagged so much that I can feel the slats underneath the mattress and I wake up with pain in my hips due to the really poor amount of support. I'll be returning this to Amazon and using the old mattress as it's useless as something to sleep on. Oh, and mine still has the horrible chemical smell after five days.

Pretty much all foam mattresses are hot. And you mention feeling the slats underneath, it's recommended to put a hardboard sheet under a foam mattress if used on a slatted base.
Having said that (seemingly in defence), opinions on this generally seem to be good initially, then terrible after a years use. And yes, the smell on these is notorious for hanging around.

Obviously you read the bit about it not suitable for beds with slats then....

Most people find the 3 zone a better bed than the 7. I have the 3 btw and its the best mattress I've ever had and the one it replaced cost me £800!
Only downside for most men is its really warm to sleep in which no woman has ever complained about.....

I've requested for it to be expired. It unfortunately expired at 10.30pm as it was a lightning deal.

Not voting but memory foam makes you hot and sweaty over night. I am not sure if the better ones can deal with the breathing/moisture issues. I went back to pocket sprung mattress and feel much better.

I am doing the same, it's just so hot, I have this exact one!!!
I have tried a really thin summer quilt, windows open.... It's not good.... Makes me so hot...
I will have to scrap it, just 3 months old...

I seem to have got it into my head that it was suitable for a slatted base and I didn't realise how hot it would be.
Memory foam may well suit some people but personally I would avoid this particular mattress.

Well, I had three terrible nights before going back to the old mattress, it may suit other people but it's put me off having another memory foam mattress.
Hopefully Amazon will collect as otherwise I'll be cutting it up as I just want the stinky thing gone!

I remember looking at over 140 quid for this a few years ago so good price. That said, I'm not sure zone 3 is that great, whether it's really proper memory foam may be a bit questionable.

Gone for this and the mattress protector for £87.77 delivered. Was going to buy a bed with mattress package but you never really know what the included mattress will be like so this looks a better deal for my new place.
Many thanks OP.

A shame it's only the double that's reduced. I need king size. :disappointed:
