7.99 for 24 pack Sharpies. 80's Glam colours according to packet.
Not available for delivery to NI so I can't even get any for myself.

The way I used to get around the £20 thing is put a pre-order item (console game) in the basket, doesn't get charged before release, you get item delivered free and cancel the pre-order item ...
I wouldn't recommend them for adult colouring books. I have five or six books, all from different sources - Animal Kingdom, Johanna Basford, Magical Christmas etc and I haven't been able to use my Sharpies on any of them. They just bleed straight through - even when I used them on the covers of Johanna's books, which you can also colour in. Best sticking with Staedtler for colouring books, for my tuppence.

I did the pre order to get over the £20 trick and Amazon soon cottoned on and delayed my item for delivery until the pre order was released. Agree it's a pain tho, was much better when it was £10 spend

Amazon have slightly cottoned on to the loophole. After you have received the cheap item it won't let you automatically cancel the pre-order game. You'll have to contact them and get them to cancel the rest of the order manually. They did this for me, but I expect if you keep doing it, you might have more difficulty explaining it.
