They should work with any android device, probably just targeted at samsung specifically as its popular:)
Edit: Q&A on the bottom of product page confirms it works with all androids:)

Bought these last week.
I'm not sure whether to use these over my CX300ii.
I've really wanted music control but the CX300ii sound a little better and feel a little more comfortable.
Maybe I need to let them burn-in.
