I didn't buy one of these, but have bought other phones before from amazon warehouse. If it is not as described you can always return. I once got one that had a few light marks that were not stated and they gave me a partial refund. Hope that helps?

I last week bought the note 4 from the warehouse. It arrived and was a note 3 inside the note 4 box and also a demo model that said not for sale under the battery. I was stunned to learn that amazon dont check these products upon dispatch and seemingly on return as it must of been sent there like this. I have returned to amazon for a refund, just check it very carefully.

I have an S6, first flagship phone I've bought and the first one to make me wish I'd bought an iPhone. Excellent hardware, dreadful truly dreadful OS. Lollipop is a huge turd dropped by Google. I hope Marshmallow will be better on this phone.

I bought a cat scratching post from Amazon warehouse. They omitted to tell me that it's previous user had been a lion! I did get a partial refund!

Purchased a Z3 compact from warehouse deals for girlfriend.
After 11 months the screen cracked in her pocket.
Contacted customer service to see if they could give me a receipt with IMEI for insurance and they refunded full price instantly, didn't even ask.
Have used warehouse deals since. Sometimes it's hit or miss and I have returned a few items but the prices and 12 month amazon warranty more than make up for it.

It's probably worthwhile checking every now and again because Amazon seem to add additional handsets at random intervals. It only seems to be the black 32GB versions that get the 15% off applied, but it's a good deal if you can catch one.
