The keys are tied to the Steam account you originally redeem it on to, so you can't pass it on really. You can actually share your entire Steam library with a family member or friend with Steam Family Sharing though which would let them play it and any other games you have on Steam if you wanted to.
Can play it on any computer providing you log in to your steam account and have it downloaded, only one will be able to play at a time but can have it downloaded on as many machines as you need

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the DLC is all cosmetic stuff, so should not really affect how the game or how well you can compete.
As for the game, sadly I only had a spare hour this evening, but loving it so far, the best fun I've had with a new game in a long time.

I'd say GMG are more trustworthy than those two tbh, as I think the others sell grey keys, though CDKeys seem very reliable, but the very fact that G2A allows you to pay a little extra to guarantee your key will work always seems a bit dodgy to me.
But anyway, GMG have always been absolutely spot on for me, used them loads.

Steam is like Argos, they distribute. You can buy your game directly from them, or get a redeemable voucher (code key) for the game from a 3rd party - then get it given to you by Steam. Some 3rd parties are authorised (Humble bundle), while others are not and carry a small amount of risk from non-delivery. Often the non-authorised will have bought the game from Steam cheap in a sale in another country and sell it to us for a profit. The bigger and more recommended the 3rd party the more trustworthy. GMG, G2A, CDKeys, are all generally regarded as being pretty trustworth. When get a game from Steam you can link up with other people who got their game via Steam - no matter where the original 'voucher' game from.
