I'm sure they'll correct the price otherwise its false advertising and they'll be in bother, I've ordered anyway and emailed them with screen shots.

The Crew was released in a unfinished state and was a pile of ****.
The Wild Run is the original game with updated graphics, more traffic, weather effects, drag racing, monster trucks, motorcycles and a lot more to do in it.
So much better now.

So if I where to pick up the normal game. I would get the crappy version? Did it not get updated? I understand the wild run edition would come with more cars ect. But did the normal version not get a update to make it better?

Yes. The original still has improved graphics and the weather system. It has a trial of monster trucks and drag racing too. Depends how much the original costs compared to this deal I suppose.

Cheeky barstewards, I've replied pointing at it was advertised at the time of buying for £17.99 and asking them to refund the difference due to false advertising.
Will see how they reply again otherwise will contact their head office!
