9g of carbs
20g of protein
and only 119kcal per shot
I have never seen gel shots containing so much of protein.. a new product on a market probably.

I buy these from the pound shop, so this price is quite good. Yes, not the best tasting thing to take, but for 20g protein on the go, it is great and more convenient than a nasty dry protein bar.

Forget it, thought it said sucralose, I'm not eating that much sucrose
ingredients: water, whey protein, sucrose, apple pacifin, vitamin and mineral premix, red grapefruit puree (as it is red grapferuit flavour)
