Thank you to everyone who made a positive comment in this thread. We are happy you had good experience with our products and service.
We apologise to those who experienced any issues. We've now increased our UK Glazing Lab capacity to speed up the processing times. Our glasses are NOT delivered from China or Pakistan, but cut to your prescriptions in our labs in West Yorkshire.
We have recently increased our glazing capabilities in order to meet demand, this will therefore reduce the need to contact us asking where products are etc.
We have also improved our Customer Services Department - ensuring your emails and phone calls/texts are answered in a timely manner.
We will also endeavor to follow up individually with everyone who complained about their order in this thread.
We are proud of our products and we want you to be able to buy them cheaper than on the high street.
We're not perfect (yet!) - but we're putting steps in place to make sure we're close.

Might give them a try but I was wondering if it's worth buying the specky 1 or 2 offers with them or not...is it worth the extra £19?

it says on there that any optician will give you your pupillary distance in 1 minute, which is completely wrong. NOONE will give it to you unless you buy their glasses. I even called the company where i had my eye test done last week and they won't give it to me, which means it's pointless buying there if you've never worn glasses before and have never had this measured.:disappointed:
great deal - bought an armani pair for £50 (were £99.00) and a ted baker pair and case for £32 (non discounted cost would have been £141). Many thanks.

Dreadful company, dreadful service, take your money and don't send you your order. Don't even think about it, steer well clear. Far better online glasses companies out there.

Can't agree. Never had anything but excellent service from them, the one issue I did have was sorted promptly. Perhaps you were just the unlucky one that every retailer has.

The filters on the left take you away from the 10 year anniversary page so to see the Ted Baker frames in the offer you have to go to page 3/4 of the page.
