Also the limit to each order is 3 of each of the figures.
This looks like its a misprint as they surely shouldn't be free but hey, might be lucky.

Nope legally it is only an "invitation to treat", in layman terms they are only saying "make me an offer". You offered them zero plus postage and they have refused by cancelling the order.

I realise everyone has different experiences, but I ordered a couple of Assassins Creed 3 Collectors Editions from them a year or so ago. They sent out the regular copies and it took me weeks of harassing them on twitter, facebook and through their website before I got a response and a refund. An ace deal if this pays off, but I think I'll give it a miss based on past experiences.
