Sorry this is a shoddy company, it takes your money, and does not fill and dispatch your items, got onto customer service and they said "I have escalated this matter with Customer Operations who will investigate further and request for the order to be sent to you as soon as possible." And no state of my order as changed today, so escalated this matter as done nothing to dispatch this package today.
At a guess they didn't have the stock in the first place, when it showed still in stock when i placed the order, now all they want to do is hold onto my money till at some time in the future, who knows when this will be, to fill this order.
How is this company allowed to run like this.

This is my first order from zavvi and my account order is still showing Awaiting Stock Pick, dispatch date should have been yesterday, still no word from them, so i sent a msg, see what the hell is going off.
Not a great advertisement for a company, on a first order.
