They do points promotions quite regularly so I would say it is likely they will do something similar or better in the not too distant future. A combination of this console, 25X points and discount codes have been a semi-regular deal on this site over the past couple of months.

I think the price drop comes with the manufacturers increasing the retailers margins. For example, I know the Xbox is getting another $50 price cut during the holiday season in the US. The RRP is still the same though, as retailers are still using the pre cut RRP .

Prices are dropping due to Microsoft reducing their prices thus making Sony reduce theirs. Am not an xbone fanboy but Sony would have kept the price high if the xbone wasn't lowered in price. Both are prob selling really well regardless this Christmas though.

Unfortunately missed out on that one. Yeah, I was waiting on the bonus points coming back too but impatience got the better of me.

THIS deal was better which expired unfortunately a few days ago, it included £40 worth of Rakuten points.

The prices this gen have fairly dropped quickly. Last gen and the gen before, console prices more or less held until midway through. Not complaining though.
