Nope. Exact same thing. Phoned a few days ago to be told delivery was next wed. After hearing about cancellations, I just phoned to ask to go & collect it but was told it was an internet order & will only be delivered to the store on tue & thus delivered on wed.

Most likely the stock fell through. If you look on their site, almost all of the items listed on black friday event are no longer for sale. So they were not part of the regular euronics stock level & that can only mean that their supplier could not source the other 30 or more likely could not supply them any longer at such a low price.
Which was why they immediately put the stock level to 0 for the final day so that everybody had prior warning that they would not be available on day 4.

I stayed up Saturday night for Sunday 00:01 and they went straight away after not adding to the basket for anyone.
They then came on again at just before 9am sunday morning which i managed to get.
But it then said Mondays were out of stock so they didn't come on.

They are not going to be all the same since they're going through local retailers. As always some will be quicker to respond than others.
After placing the order it said that you would be contacted within 2 days (working days). Since they go through local retailers, then it's no surprise that not all are getting a response at the same time. Everybody should get their email by tomorrow.

My store has emailed me to offer me to collect from them on Tuesday (I'd rather that because I haven't got anyone to stay home to sign for it!). Fingers crossed that means its a done deal!
As for all the stock issues. I first saw this thread on Friday and it was expired. So I gambled Friday night for 00:01 and the add to basket button was definitely messed up. It was pure chance that I went on at 9am on Saturday and it worked. However it's odd that pretty much the same thing happened last night and also at 9am this morning. Admittedly it does say 0 left for tomorrow but who knows. Try at 9am tomorrow. The facts suggest a midnight release is unlikely anyway.

They did not go out of of stock as it said they did i think it is a problem with the site, I ordered mine at a couple of minutes before 9 oclock. I wouldn't of thought so. It will get delivered from a massive stock warehouse to the nearest Euronics near to your postcode, then they will arrange for delivery to your house. You might even be able to pick up your item once it in your local Euronics depot, to save waiting in most of the day.

Errr no , I have a local Euronics store near me and have always bought things from them. I have bought lots from Hot UK Deals before but never registered , I'm just pleased I managed to order one.. and so have other people.. I bought the Philips offer which was posted on here about a year ago from Euronics and that's my main tv in the lounge at the moment , it was delivered on time and had no problems with it

I'm not though, I'm just a sceptical HUKDealer. I used paypal to pay so that they can't take ages refunding me if it messes up. But there's a branch in Swansea nearby where I can go and take any issues anyway. I still have little faith in it but I've been on here 7 years (and you've been on here 8!) and you see quite a few (Although now many) misprices or insanely low prices honoured. I had spare money in my paypal sitting there so why not give it a go. I'll report back once the refund is completed :smile:

Well I've now thrown an order in and will wait for it to be cancelled...Didn't work first thing this morning but I tried again 20 minutes ago and it worked. Weird. Still not that expectant because all their other deals are fairly pricey.
EDIT: When I ordered the black icon wasn't there but since I have it's slowly gone from 30 down to 6 as of 9:51. So hopefully it works out...
