They were selling them separately in-store in the gift cards section too (I know because mine didn't redeem properly so I had to get it exchanged :smile:).

Steam are the only retailer that sell the Steam version of GTA V, all other retailers distribute the Rockstar Social version.

No it will be Rockstar Social. Steam keys are only available through the Steam store or by trading with another user.
